Shipping policy

*All rates quoted below are in SGD.

*In the event that a re-delivery is required (due to a wrong address provided, failure to collect the parcel after notification, etc.), the customer will have to bear the courier charges for the parcel to be re-delivered to the recipient.

*ISHAN is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments after they have been dispatched.

*ISHAN cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

*ISHAN is not responsible for mis-delivery errors via courier, or incorrect shipping information.

  • All orders will be processed within 2-5 business days

Singapore

- Shipping fees are set at a flat rate of $8 for standard delivery. Enjoy free delivery on all local orders above $150.

  • Domestic shipping delivery time is estimated to be 3-5 business days. Please anticipate delays during sale seasons and festive periods.

International Shipping

1) Packages shipped internationally may be subjected to import taxes, custom duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges may be due once the shipped goods are at the country of destination. As such, we are unable to advise if there will be any further amount to be paid.

2) Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

3) The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of Singapore), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.

4) If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to Singapore, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to ISHAN. 

  • International shipping delivery time is estimated to be anywhere between 1-4 weeks. We seek your understanding in being patient when getting your orders as the delivery timeline depends on the courier and destination country.
  • A tracking ID will be notified.

Malaysia

  • Shipping fees are set at a flat rate of $10.

Indonesia & Philippines 

  • Shipping fees are set at a flat rate of $25.

India

  • Shipping fees are set at a flat rate of $30.

Japan, Australia, USA, UK & Canada

  • Shipping fees are set at a flat rate of $35.

Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland & New Zealand

  • Shipping fees are set at a flat rate of $50.
